4- We were pleased to successfully conduct the 1st Engineering Workshop titled:
The workshop was held on 1st May 2026 via Google Meet, with the participation of a distinguished group of engineers and professionals interested in the engineering field, especially site engineers and newly graduated engineers.
The workshop was presented by:
The session lasted for one full training hour, followed by a 30-minute live Questions & Answers discussion, during which many real-life challenges faced by site engineers in construction projects were discussed and analyzed.
The workshop covered a wide range of important engineering topics, including:
Definition and importance of Site Engineering in construction projects.
Responsibilities and duties of the Site Engineer.
Supervision of construction activities and coordination between teams.
Quality control and safety management on construction sites.
Time schedule control, documentation, measurements, and payment follow-up.
Essential skills required for successful site engineers.
Transitioning from academic knowledge to practical field experience.
Common site challenges and effective problem-solving approaches.
Use of modern engineering tools and software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
The main objective of the workshop was to transfer practical engineering experience to young engineers and bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real construction site practices, helping participants improve their professional skills and become better prepared for the engineering job market.
At the end of the workshop, officially signed certificates of participation were awarded to all attendees in appreciation of their active participation and engagement.
The workshop received highly positive feedback and excellent interaction from participants, encouraging the continuation of future workshops and specialized engineering training programs aimed at enhancing engineers’ professional development and technical expertise.
